汽车悬架闭环多体系统运动学分析 被引量:2

摘要 本文将多刚体系统动力学的R-W方法应用于具有闭合链系统的汽车悬架运动分析.首先通过假想切除铰链将闭环系统简化为树系统,然后引入约束方程使减缩系统的运动符合原系统的实际情况,得到运动学封闭解.文中给出了计算机程序框图及汽车两种典型悬架的分析计算结果.工程应用的实践表明,用此程序进行汽车悬架运动分析,所得结果精确,计算迅速,可方便地进行悬架设计方案的比较和参数的选择. The paper used the R-W method of multi-body system dynamics for the kinematical analysis of vehicle suspensions with closed loop system. First, the closed loop system was simplified to a tree system by cutting off the hinge supposedly. And then the constraint equations were introduced to render the kinematics of the reduced system to agree with the actual condition, thus the closed solution of kinematics was obtained. The computer program frame chart and analytical calculation results have been given. The practices of engineering application showed that the kinematical analysis using the program could lead to exact results, quick computation, and convenient choice of parameters and comparison of designs for suspensions.
