摘要
将生产上使用较多的3个不育系(博白A、V20A、珍汕A)和5个恢复系(桂8、桂44、测64-7、密阳46、IR24)组成3×5不完全双列杂交,用于研究17种氨基酸含量的配合力及相关,发现杂交水稻糙米的15种氨基酸含量主要受组合特殊配合力的影响,只有组氨酸的含量受亲本一般配合力的影响,糙米氨基酸含量与农艺性状相关不大。
The combining ability of 17 amino acid contents in the brown rice of the hybrid rice(Oryza sativa L.subsp. Hsien) and their relations with the agronomic characters were investigated in a 3×5 incomplete diallele fashion using three popular cytoplasmic male sterile (CMS)lines(Zhenshan A, VZ,A, Buobai A)and five popular restorer lines(Gut 8,Gut 44, Ce 64-7, Miyang 46, IR24). It was found that the contents of 15 amino acids were mainly affected by the specific combining ability of the combinations, and the content of the histidine was mainly affected by the general combining ability of the parents, while the correlation coefficients between the contents of the amino acids and the agronomic characters were low.
