摘要
由我们创制的骨折外固定材料淀粉聚氨酯塑料绷带,对X光的透过率远好于石膏绷带,便于固定后用X光观察骨折复位情况和愈合过程。其透光度的定量测定,淀粉聚氨酯绷带对X光的透光度是0.877,远高于包石膏绷带,比较两种绷带的骨与软组织间的可分辨度,前者为后者的1.87倍.在X光片上用差示分光光度法,是一种有效而可靠的方法。这种方法还可推广到所有用X光检查方法的定量测定。
The X一ray transmissibility of starch polyurethane bandage,a new kind of fixing ma-tcrial for bone fracture invented by us,was determined.It was shown that the X一ray transmissibilityof starch polyurethane bandage was 0. 877,much better than that of the plaster bandage which wasonly 0.470.On the other hand,the differentiability in starch poyurethane bandage between bone andsoft tissues was 1.87 tlmes as that of the plaster bandage.The method of dlfferential spectropho-tometry was also described in this paper.
