摘要
本文分析了高倍显微物镜的激光聚焦特性,导出聚焦光束束腰位置及光斑尺寸的计算公式,并以一典型阿米西物镜为例,给出了计算结果。
The focusing characteristics of Gaussian beam through the microscope objectivewith high magnification is analysed.The formulas for determining the waist position and waistspot size of focused beam are obtained,and are used to discuss a typical Amici microscope ob-jective.
