摘要
本文就采用ＴＣＳ法［１］制取涤纶全取向丝的生产过程中遇到的若干问题及主要工艺条件的选择作了初步探讨。并对生产中产生断头和疵点的原因进行了分析，简述了采取的措施及其效果，并建议有关研究院进一步完善ＴＣＳ法新工艺，为ＰＯＹ设备发展高速纺制取全取向丝作出贡献。
In this paper,several problems in used TCS technology to spinning PES fully--oriented yarn and treat of the produce technology are disccused. The cause of the breakage and defect in production process are analyzed,the measures performed and the result are also described. The auther hopes academic to improve the TCS technology. Develop new techndogy for spinning fullyoriented yarn.
