摘要
测试了掺钕氟化物玻璃光纤的受激幅射谱特性,给出了相应的1.3微米光辐射的理论模型。通过吸收谱测量,讨论了使用半导体短波长激光管泵浦,实现1.3微米光放大的可能性。
The stimulated emission spectrum of Nd-doped fluoride glass fiber was tested. The relative theoretical model of 1. 3 μ m optical radiation is described. After measuring the absorption spectrum of the fiber,the possibility of appliing laser diode for pumping 1. 3μ m optical fiber amplifier is discussed.
