摘要
研究了在空气-乙炔焰中酒石酸钾钠(NaKC4H4O6)对Cr(Ⅵ)的火焰原子化行为的影响,发现NaKC4H4O6对Cr(Ⅵ)有显著的增感效应。在提高测定Cr(Ⅵ)灵敏度的同时,亦提高了FAAS法测定铬(Ⅵ)的选择性。方法已用于合金钢及水样中铬的分析测定,得到了满意的结果。
In this paper,the effect of potassium sodium tartrate on the atomization behavior of chromium(Ⅵ) is studied in an air-acetylene flame.It was found that NaKC4H4O6 could produce the remarkable sensibilization effect. The selectivity for the determination of Cr(Ⅵ) by flame atomic absorption spectrometry was also increased while the Sensitivity for the determination of chromiuin (Ⅵ)-was increased.Under the definite conditions the recovery of chromium(Ⅵ) is 98%-101% and the relative standard deviations for five determinations of the steel and water samples are 2.9% and 0.35% in the presence of NaKC4H4O6, respectively.The method has been applied to the determination of chromium in alloy steel and water samples with satisfactory results.
