摘要
利用减压舱模拟8000m低氧和放射免疫的方法,观察了大鼠脑内环—磷酸腺苷(cAMP)和环—磷酸鸟鲁(cGMP)含量的变化。以西宁地区的海拔2260m作为对照,并进行比较。结果发现,海拔8000m低氧时,大鼠脑内cAMP含量明显升高。同海拔高度比较,小脑cAMP的含量明显高于大脑皮层内的含量(P<0.01)。尽管小脑cGMP的含量在8000m组明显升高,但在同海拔高度小脑与大脑皮层cGMP的含量间无显著性差异。本研究结果提示脑内环核苷酸的含量是脑缺氧反应的敏感指标,而且以cAMP的反应更灵敏。

cyclic nucleotide in rat brain in decompression chamber with
radioim-munoassay(RIA)and compared the difference of the content
between cerebral cortex and cerebellum.The content of cAMP and cGMP
of simulated 8 000m group was compared with 2 260m group atXining.The
results showed that the cAMP content was increased in both cerebral
cortex and cerebel-lum at 8000m hypoxia and it was higher in
cerebellum than cerebral cortex.The content of cGMPwas increased only
in cerebellum at 8 000m.The results syggest that the coiitent of
cyclic nucleotidesis a susceptible parameter for hypoxia.
