摘要
对117例高血压患者的24h动态心电图记录进行分析,并和92例正常人作对照,以探讨高血压患者并发室性心律失常的相关因素。结果表明,高血压室性心律失常的发生和高血压、高龄、左室肥厚、患病时间长有关,上述原因均是高血压并发室性心律失常的危险因素。
24 hour continuous electrocardiography records were carried out in 117 patients with hypertension and 92 normal subjects. The results indicate that the occurrence of ventricular arrhythmia (VA) in patients with hypertension is related to blood pressure,age,left ventricular hypertrophy and duration of hypertension. All the parameters mentioned above are risk factors in pathogenesis of VA in patients with hypertension.
