摘要
采用了不同的改性剂对淀粉进行了改性,将改性淀粉与聚乙烯共混制备薄膜。用TPT方程和Kerner-Nielsen方程对聚乙烯/淀粉共混物的界面特性进行了表征,计算出界面相互作用参数和界面层厚度。用扫描电镜研究了改性淀粉的形态。
To prepare the degradable films of polyethylene/starch blends,two kinds of modifiers,A and B were developed. A and B were used to modify starch so as to form modified starch masterbatch a and b,respectively.The polyethylene films containing 5,10,20 and 30 volume percent of the modified Starch were blown. The mechanical properties of the films were measured. In order to study the interfacial adhesion between polyethylene and modified starch. the TPT equation (Eq. 1)and Kerner Nielsen equation(Eq. 5)were used to calculated the interfacial interaction parameter βand the effective interlayer thichness t_(eff) in terms of the measured mechanical properties. Fig.1 and Tab.1 show that the parameters β and t_(eff) of polyethylene/modified starch-a blends are much higher that those of polyethylene/modified -b blends, which means that modifier A is much more effective than modiffier B in the modification of starch. The conclusion is also confirmed by the scanning electron micrographs of modified starch-a and b in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3.
