摘要
使用日本DDV-Ⅲ-EA型动态粘弹仪研究了PVC与3种增韧剂(NBR-28、EVA-28、CPE)分别共混后的动态力学性能,结果表明,增韧剂的化学结构对该共混体系的动态力学性能影响显著。在这3种共混物中,动态力学性能随共混组成而变化的规律不同,但随共混温度而变化的规律相同。
The dynamic mechanical properties of poly (vinyl chloride)(PVC)with respective impact modifiers,which are butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer(NBR),ethylene vinylacetate(EVA)and chlorinated polyethylene(CPE),have been studied byDDV-Ⅲ-EA viscoelastomer.The results indicate that dynamic mechanical properties of the blends are apparently influenced by the structure of impact nmodifiers;in the blends,the regular that dynamic mechanical properties vary is different when blend composition is changed,but the same when blend temperature is changed.
