热轧带钢及板形和凸度控制技术的选择

摘要 在分析连轧机板形和板凸度变化后,考虑连轧前段机架轧制规格厚者其平直度死区大,而技术进步要求成品凸度小,品种规格轧制分流。从经济技术角度提出对于特宽带钢轧机应该选择较简单的工作辊弯辊串辊装置和技术。 After analyzing the shape and crown variation of the continuous rolling mill,it is considered that the thick rolling dimension of the stand at the upper section has a large dead area in flatness. However,a small crown of finished products and the diversion between varieties and di- mensions of rolled broducts are required by technological improvements.From the point of econo- my and technology,it its proposed that a simple bending roller and tandom roller units of working roller and its technology are selected for the ektra wide strip mill.
