摘要
通道偏析起源于凝固过程中的糊状区,并以富集溶质呈A或V形分布于凝固锭中。关于通道偏析形成的研究已有半个多世纪,但只是近20年来,在其形成机理方面才取得相当大的进展。形成A、V偏析的前提条件是凝固合金糊状区中的富集溶质的液相沿枝晶间隙流动。
hannel segregations originates in the mushy zone during the solidification process and distributed as solute-rich lines in the finally solidified ingots in the form of patterns“A”and'V”.Research on the formation of channel segregation has been conducted for a half century but considerable progress has been made only in the recent two decades in more clearly elucidating the re- sponsible mechanisms. The cause for occurrence of A and V-segregation is identified as the flow of solute-enriched liquid along interdendritic channels in the mushy zone of solidifying alloy.
