摘要
本文利用断裂力学的理论制定轧辊的重车量与报废标准，以达到提高轧机作业率，提高轧辊使用寿命的目的；也为轧钢厂科学管理与维护轧辊提供了理论依据。
In this paper,the theory of fructure mechanics applied to determine the relatheing quantity and the standard for rejection of roll usedon blooming mill.Thus both the working rate of the mill and the lifetime of the roll are increased.The theoretical base for scientific management and rolling roll maintenance is also developed.
