摘要
对IF钢冷轧板退火过程中组织和力学性能的研究表明,IF钢冷轧后显微组织是纤维状,退火过程中晶粒优先沿板面长大呈饼形,而后生长为等轴状晶。相应的塑性应变比(r值)与组织形状及晶粒尺寸有关,等轴晶钢板的,值大于饼形晶的或过分长大的等轴晶的IF钢板的,值。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of extra-deep drawing IF steel duringannealing has been investigated. According to experimental results,the grains of IF steel sheetafter cold rolling are fibrous grains. The fibrous grains are changed into pancake grains andequiaxied grains during annealing. It has been found that the γ value is related to the shape and sizegrains. The γ value of equiaxied grains is higher than the γ value of pancake grains and the γ valueof great equiaxied grains.
