摘要
本论文首先研究糖浆上浮过程中浮渣的物理与化学性质,了解浮渣的形成规律及浮渣的过滤性能等,并探讨生产中浮渣的处理方法,提出合理的处理措施。有关研究结果对于糖厂浮清器的设计和更好地运用糖浆上浮清净新技术有指导意义。
The physical and chemical properties of scums in the syrup flotation are measured. Theformation and filterability of scums as well as the treatments of scums are studied in experiments. A auitable treatment of scums is propsed. The results in this paper are useful for the design of flotating clarifier and the application of syrup flotation.
