摘要
将无环鸟苷以熔融法制成无环鸟苷多相脂质体口服液,然后观察其对鸭乙肝病毒感染的动物模型的抗病毒效果.将28只被鸭乙肝病毒感染后的雏鸭分为4组,即无环马苷组(5mg/kg)、无环鸟苷脂质体I组(4mg/kg)、无环鸟苷脂质体I组(2mg/kg)和生理盐水对照组.结果显示3组治疗组的血清和肝组织中的病毒DNA均受到明明的抑制,说明无环鸟苷经用脂质体包裹以后,仅用原剂量的1/3就可达到同样满意的抗病毒效果.
In this study,we observed that the antiviral effect of oral acyclovir (ACV) lipo-some liquid made by fusion method to animal model infected with duck hapatitis B virus (DHBV).28 brood duck,infected with DHBV were divided 4 groups: a group of ACV (5mg/kg),the first group of ACV liposome (4 mg/kg ),the second group of ACV liposome (2 mg/kg) and a-control group of normal saline.After a period of 10 days,the tested results showed that the DHBV-DNA in serum and liver tissue of 3 therapeutic groups was inhibited apparently.The study illustrated that the liposome encapsulated ACV has same satisi-fying antiviral effect only in 1/3 dose of ACV.
