Synthesis and Characterization of AlPO_4-12 Molecular Sieve from H_3PO_4-i-C_3H_7OAl-H_2NCH_2CH_2NH_2-HOCH_2CH_2OH System

摘要 以乙二胺为模板剂,采用H_3PO_4-i-C_3H_7OAl-H_2NCH_2CH_2NH_2-HOCH_2CH_2OH非水体系,首次合成了AlPO_4-12分子筛。研究了反应物配比、酸碱度及磷源、铝源等水热晶化条件对产物物相的影响,用XRD、IR、SEM及TG-DTA等对产物进行了表征,对非水体系生成的AlPO_4-12中有机模板剂乙二胺的化学环境进行了研究,认为乙二胺在晶体中以两种环境存在:一部分与骨架作用力较弱;另一部分与骨架以较强的氢键相作用。 Hydrothermal crystallization of aluminophosphate molecule sieve(ALPO_4-12)was carried out from H_3PO_4-i-C_3H_7OAl-H_2NCH_2CH_2NH_2-HOCH_2CH_2OH system,Using aluminum triisopropoxide and phosphorous acid (85 wt%)as the aluminum and phosphoroussources.The influences of some main factors(pH,the ratio of P_2O_5/Al_2O_3 and the aluminum and phosphorous sources,etc.) on the resulting structure were studied.The product was characterized by means of X-ray powder diffraction,scanning electron mieroscope,infrared spectroscopy,differential analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. The results of investigating the crystallization of AlPO_4-12 from non-aqueous system were preliminarily summarized.We found that the organic template,H_2NCH_2CH_2NH_2,had two different kinds of environments:one interacted with the skelton by weak hydrogen-bond,the others interacted with the skelton by strong hydrogen-bond.
