摘要 介绍了重用应用微v,Ti处理技术,成功开发并批量生产系列低温压力容器钢板16MnR,16MnDR,09Mn2VDR的情况,说明了上述3个品种的冶炼、轧制工艺和相关参数以及良好的力学(特别是低温冲击)性能和社会、经济效益。 The lot production of a series of low temperature pressure vessel steel plates such as 16MnR,16MnDR and 09Mn2VDR successfully developed by Chongqing Iron and Steel Co. Using the micro-V-Ti treatment technologles is introduced in this paper.The smelting and rolling processes and the associated parameters of the above three grades as well as their good mechanical properties(particularly the low temperature impact toughness),social and economic benefits were described.
