摘要
乌兰布和沙漠区的绿洲开发与建设必须坚持环境与发展协调相辅的原则，实行种植业、饲养业与加工业多元化综合发展的模式，使草业生产体系在绿洲开发方略中成为植物生产（第一性生产）、动物生产（第二性生产）与加工生产（第三性生产）相联结的产业部门。沙漠区的许多天然植被应积极保护与改良，有计划地进行封育和放牧轮换的合理利用制度；沙漠区易发生侵蚀的可灌溉土地上可以按比例地建立多年生牧草栽培为主体的人工草地和饲料地；充分开发利用林木、果树、瓜类、油料谷物等的副产品做为饲料资源；建立起多样化的饲草料加工网络，为多品种的家畜家禽饲养业提供雄厚的物质基础。上述这些生产项目相互耦合，互补互济，可创建沙漠区绿洲化的良好模式，实现生态环境、生产效益、人民生活的协调持续发展。
Development and construction of the oases in Ulanbh Desert demands the principle ofharmonizing environment and evelopment and the pattern of integrating farming,stockraising and processing,making grasses as such a industrial department binding plant(the primary production),animal(the secondary production)and processing(the thirdproduction).The natual vegetation needs positive protection and improvement and rationaluse with rotatioiial plan of close and graaing。 on erosive irrigatable laid in desert area,perennial forages should be planted.Side products of forests,fruit trees,melons,oil plants,cereal crops and other plants can be fuly used as forage resources。The diversified forageprocessing system can provide animals and birds with rich material resotirces.The above─mentioned projects mutually couple and complement each other,forming benificial modelsfor oasis making in desert area, and realizing sustainable development of eco─environment,productivity and people living。
