摘要
剖析和表征了两种国产ＡＢＳ的相组分和结构．藉差示扫描量热（ＤＳＣ）法研究了不同腈含量的苯乙烯丙烯腈的共聚物（ＳＡＮ）与聚碳酸酯（ＰＣ）的相容性．通过Ｆｏｘ方程计算出ＰＣ溶在ＳＡＮ中的百分含量以及ＳＡＮ溶在ＰＣ中的百分含量．用红外光谱法剖析了两种ＡＢＳ中的助剂，发现含有酯类助剂的ＡＢＳ会导致ＰＣ分解，不宜与ＰＣ共混．
The phase composition and structure of two kinds of chinese produced ABS have been analysed and characterized. The compatibility of PC with different-CN-content SAN has been investigated by DSC. By using Fox equation the percentage amount of polycarbonate dissolved in SAN phase, and vice versa, have been calculated out. The additives in these two ABS have been analysed with IR. It is found that ABS with ester additive in it will cause PC decompose. Such ABS is not suit to blend with PC.
