摘要
安祖花(Anthuriumandraeanum)叶片的愈伤组织上诱导出大量不定芽,经低浓度生长素处理后包裹成人工种子并直接播种于未消毒的蛭石土中,获得的转株率较低。在人工种子的胶囊外面涂复一层酯类共聚物作外膜,在未消毒的蛭石土中的转株率达26.7%,而在人工胚乳中加入0.1%浓度的活性炭后,在未消毒的蛭石土中的转株率能提高到42.5%。两者结合处理,则在未消毒蛭石土中的转株率可高达71.4%。
A large quantity and high frequency of adventitious shoots were obtained from calli which were induced from leaf explants of Anthurium andraeanum. These shoots were severed and pretreated with low cone. auxin before they were encapsulated into artificial seeds. The survival rate was very low when this kind of artificial seeds were directly sown in nonsterile soil. When encapsulating the artificial seeds with an outer coat composed of lipin polymers,or adding some activated charcoal into synthetic endosperm,the survival rate increased to 26. 7% and 42. 5 % respectively. When combing these two kinds of treatment,the survival rate in nonsterile soil reached 71. 4 %.
