镍磷化学镀层对30CrMo钢疲劳性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 通过三点弯曲疲劳试验研究了30CrMo钢经过化学镀Ni-9.5wt%P后的疲劳性能,用SEM观察分析了疲劳断口.结果表明,经200℃、400℃、600℃处理后,镀件的疲劳性能较基体分别下降了39%、52%、55%.分析认为,镀件的疲劳性能主要与镀层本身的疲劳性能及镀层的内应力有关. Three-point-bending fatigue test have been applied to investigate the fatigue properties of 30CrMo steel after electroless plating Ni-9.5wt% P, and the fatigue fracture morphologys were observed under SEM. The results revealed that, the fatigue strength of the plated steel decreased by 39%, 52% and 55% respectively under to different treatment conditions of 200℃ 1h, 400℃ 1h and 600℃ 3h, compared with the base steel. The preliminary analysis indicated that the fatigue property of plated steel mainly related to the fatigue property and the residual stress state of the deposits.
