摘要
用金相、扫描电镜观察和电子探针X射线能谱成分分析方法研究了铜合金在青岛海域脱成分腐蚀特征.
The dealloying corrosion process of copper alloys exposed in Qingdao seawater was characterized by using the methods of OM, SEM and EDXA. The corrosion behavior of the exposed alloys was discussed in terms of their microstructures. Following conclusions can be obtained: the dealloying corrosion of HMn58--2 with continuous P phase proceeded into the matrix, that of HSn62-1 went from one β phase to another through the grain boundary of the continuous a phase. The type of the dealloying corrosion of these two alloys were obviously selective dissolving. HSn70-1 which exposed to the splash zone developed its dealloying corrosion with intergranular character. The dissolve-deposit denicklization corrosion occurred in BFe30-1-1 exposed to this sea area, where intergranular dealloy was also observed.
