摘要
用长尺电联结方法研究了低合金钢在不同海域的腐蚀规律和耐蚀性,对3种钢4个海域2年的海水腐蚀试验结果进行了分析.
Corrosion regularity and corrosion resistances of low-alloy steels in different test sites are studied with simulated long-size samples, and corrosion regularity are discussed based on corrosion results of three kinds of low-alloy steels exposed in 4 test sites.The results showed that because of the effect of oxygen concentration cell,corrosion behavior of long-size samples in full immersion and tidal zones completely differ from the ones of short size samples. Corrosion regu-larities of long-size samples in each test site are similar(all reveal two-Peak curve).Corrosion rates in each test site differ from each other because of differences of marine environment factors.10CrMoAl steel has the advantage over 09MnNb and 3C in marine corrosion resistance.Corro-sion behavior of long-size samples are more closed to the real corrosion situations of marine structures made of steels than those obtained from short-size samples.
