摘要
大肠杆菌内毒素所致的家兔温病营血分证动物模型，其血小板数量和血小板聚集率明显降低。用苦寒解毒凉血合剂治疗，血小板数和聚集率皆明显回升，而无苦寒解毒的清营凉血合剂效果较差。说明苦寒解毒药物能使减少的血小板数回升，降低的聚集率升高。提示临床治疗急性热病出现血小板数量减少和聚集率降低，应注重用苦寒解毒药物治疗。
In the animal model of rabbits with Ying-Xue-Fen syndrome caused by the endotoxin of colon bacillus,the number and aggregation rate of platelet are obviously lower.After treated with Kuhan Jiedu Liangxue Heji(Mixture with Bitter Taste And Cold Nature for Detoxicating And Cooling Blood),the number and aggregation rate of platelet obviously ascend while there is not any improvement in the group treated with Qingying Liangxue Heji(Mixture for Clearing Away Heat From Ying-Fen Syndrome and Cooling Blood),which no bitter and cold drug for detoxicating is used. The result indicates that the drugs with bitter taste and cold nature have the effect of raising the descended number and aggregation rate of platelet, and are important for the treatment of the reducing of number and aggregation rate of platelet caused by acute febrile diseases.
