摘要
１６例小儿脑性瘫痪，按中医辨证以肾虚为主。针灸主穴：大椎、风池、风府、肾俞、腰阳关、环中、风市、四强、阳陵泉、足三里、绝骨、丘墟、昆仑，并随症加减。手法：毫针飞刺进针，得气后小幅度快频率捻转，配服中药地黄饮子加减。结果：治愈３例，显效８例，好转４例，无效１例。
The TCM syndrome in 16 cases of infantile cerebral paralysis were differetiated into two main types:kidney defeciency and spleen defeciency.The acupoints such as Dazhui(GV4),Fengchi(G 20),Fengfu(GV 16),Shenshu(B23),Yaoyangguan(GV 3),Fengshi(G31),Huanzhong (Ex5),Yanglingquan(G34),Xuanzhong(G39),Qiuxu(G40),Kunlun(B60),etc,were selected as the main points which modified according to the symptoms.The manipulation of flying needling and then twirling in small range and rapid frequency after'Deqi',combined with the Decoction of Modified Dihuang Yinzi was used.3 cases were cured,8 cases were obviously effective,4 cases were improved,while 1 case was inefficient.
