摘要
采用阿贝折射仪法和手持糖量计法,对100份蜂王浆的折射率和固形物含量进行测定,得出回归方程和对照表.利用回归方程或对照表,以阿贝折射仪法或手持糖量计法,测定1份蜂王浆作品的水分含量,仅需10min左右,比目前常用的减压加热干燥法快约60倍.测定结果与减压加热干燥法比较,经t检验,差异不显著(P>0.05).
A regression equation and a comparison table were gained d after refractive indexes and soid contents of 100 royal jelly samples had been testod with Abbe refractometer method and hand refractometer method. Using the regression equation or the comparison table to test the water content of one sample would take only 10 min or so,which was 60 times sooner than using vacuum drying method.The difference between the results gained m this way and in vacuum drying method is not significant throught test(P>0.05).
