摘要
本文研究了电化学预处理碳纤维的各种条件,如处理电压、处理时间、处理后稳定时间、溶液条件等对局部麻醉药普鲁卡因、利多卡因电化学行为的影响。找出的电化学预处理最佳条件是在2.0V进行1.5min阳极化处理并在缓冲液中保持10min。
An electrochemical pretreatment regime for 30 μm (diameter) carbon fiber micro-electrode was optimized for the determination of procaine and lidocaine. Electrochemical acti-vation was evaluated with respect to duration of applied potential, potential range and solution conditions. The pretreatment selected as optimal was an anodization at 2. 0 V(vs. SCE) for a period of 1. 5 min at pH=4-5 for procaine and pH=6-7 for lidocaine while maintained in the buffer for 10 min. With optimized condition, procaine and lidocaine were separated satisfactorily with short capillary length and eluted within 5 min.
