摘要 对反相液相色谱中溶质计量置换保留模型(SDM-R)中的计量参数Z与常用经验公式中的线性参数S间的相同及不同性进行了比较性研究.从理论上指出了S和Z间的非平行关系.根据Z的物理意义可以在某些限定条件下用S对溶质分子结构性质、溶剂强度等进行表征.但是,用文献中实验数据验证结果表明,它不如用Z值表征的准确度高.这进一步证实了SDME-R和在反相液相色谱中用Z值为一个新的表征参数的可靠性. The correlation and difference between Z, the stoichiometric parameter of stoi-chiometric displacement model for retention(SDM-R), and S, the linear parameter of an empirical equation in reversed-phase liquid chromatography, were comparatively investigated. By using the physical meaning of Z, the S can by used to characterize the nature of the molecular structure of solute, the strength of displacing agent, etc.. However, the accuracy for these characterizations with S is much worse than that with Z. An unparallel relation ship between Z and 5 was theoretically pointed out, and some experimental data taken from literature were used to test its key point. It further proved the reliability of the SDM-R and Z to be an accurate characterization parameter in RP-LC.
