摘要
本文采用同位素稀释火花源质谱法直接测定高纯氧化铁中 Nd、Sm、Eu、Dy、Ers个元素,再以该法测定的Nd和Er为内标,同时测定La、Ce,、Pr、Y和Tb、Ho、Tm、Lu 8个元素.方法的测定下限∑RE为8μg/g回收率为85%~114%.相对标准偏差为4%~21%.
A method for the determination of trace Nd, Sm, Eu, Dy and Er in high-purity gadolinium oxide was developed by isotope dilution-spark source mass spectrometry. The trace elements, La, Ce, Pr, Y, Tb, Ho, Tm and Lu, are determined with respect to the internal standard Nd or Er determined by the method. The sum of the detection limits for 13 rare earth impurities is 8 μg/g. The recoveries are 85%-114%. The relative standard deviations are 4%-21%.
