X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrophotometry for the Direct Determinaion of Gold Adsorbed in Polyurethan Foam

摘要 本文设计了适于X-射线荧光(XRF)分析的泡沫塑料圆片成形工具,吸附装置和装样方法.实验观察了泡沫塑料吸附金后干燥情况,反复测量和长期存放的稳定性,研究了经动态吸附和静态吸附后泡沫塑料上金的分布以及吸附次数对金回收的影响.以AuL_β对RhK.康谱顿散射强度比对金量绘制校准曲线,线性范围0~300μg.检出限0.4μg,151μg金的精密度为1.52%.国家标准物质测定结果与标准值相符. A cutting tool and two adsorptive apparatuses are desinged for polyurethan foam disc acting as the adsorbent of trace gold. The foam disc is directly adhered on the below side of the mask of sample holder without any supporter inside when measurement. It has been observed that trace water adsorbed in the foam has obvious effect on Compton scattering background intensity, but almost not on the net intensity of analyte line. Study has been made on the distribution of gold in the foam disc, on the repeat times of adsorption and on the result stability determined in short time (for 30 min) and long time (for 2 y). Calibration curve is plotted by Au (μg) vs. the ratio of AuLβ1 to RhKα Compton scattering radiation. The linear range of 0-300 μg, the detection limit of 0. 4 μg and relative standard deviation of 1. 52% are obtained. The XRF results of national standard materials GBW(E) are in good agreement with the certified values.
