摘要
本文通过时模锻锤打击弹性体过程的分析,结合实验的方法计算出了模锻锤整体刚度系数,从而可以准确地计算出模锻锤公称空击力和公称终锻力等重要的参数,为正确设计和使用锻机提供了理论依据。
Through analyzing the procedure that stamping hammer blows an elastomer,this paper caculates the equivalent rigidity coefficient based on experiments.Thus such important parameters as nominal idle blow force and the nominal finish forging force are obtained more accurately. This paper makes some contribution to a theoretical basis for correct design and application of stamping hammer.
