摘要
用免疫组织化学技术首次发现雌、雄文昌鱼成熟性腺内分布有丰富的钙调素免疫反应物质。钙 调素免疫阳性反应分别定位于精细胞（精巢）和卵细胞（卵巢）的胞核内。文昌鱼表皮细胞尤其细 胞顶端胞浆对钙调素抗体显示强阳性反应。作者讨论了文昌鱼性腺和表皮内钙调素的可能作用。
distribution of calmodulin in amphioxus was studied by immunohistochemical technique. The calmodulin immunoreactive substance existed in maturegonads of female and male amphioxus. The immuno-positive reaction was localized in thenucleus of spermatids (testis) and egg cell (ovary) respectively. Strong immuno-positive reactions were also found in apical cytoplasm of epithelial cells of amphioxus. The possible roles of calmodulin in amphioxus was discussed.
