摘要
根据上海汽轮机厂引进型汽轮机的设计要求,开发了反动式汽轮机通流部分CAD系统。该系统采用控制模块和菜单管理方式,自动化水平高,标准化和通用性好,实现了通流部分气动热力设计、强度振动计算和动叶、隔板施工图自动绘制的三位一体化。实际应用结果表明,提高设计工效约10倍,缩短了新产品开发周期,优化设计还可提高机组通流部分效率。
Abstract A CAD system for the blading of reaction steam turbines has been developed on a request,put by Shanghai Steam Turbine Works,according to design requirements of the licensed steam turbines.This system makes use of the control modules and bill of fare method, has a high level of automatization, standardization and universallity,realizing the design trinity of combining the thermoaerodynamic calculation, the strength and vibration calculation as well as the detail drawings of blades and diaphragms into one package. Actual application has shown that by using it,design productiveness can be raised by about 10 times,shortening the period required for developing new products, and contributing to the optimization of designs and raising the blading' s efficiency.
