摘要
采用电解和热解石墨炉原子吸收光谱分析相结合的方法,定量测定了ZnS:Cu单晶中交流电致发光线的微区成分。验证了交流电致发光线是位错线被Cu缀饰的结果;位错线的结构区域是Cu发光中心的接受体。
he composition of a. c.electroluminescent lines microregion in ZnS:Cu single crystal is determined by electrolysis and graphite furnace amomic absorption spectrometry. The results verified that a. c.electroluminescent lines were the results of dislocation lines is decorated by Cu.The structural region of the dislocation lines are the receiver of Cu luminescent center.
