摘要
本文讨论了两种管状表面温度分布规律下绝热层的布置优化问题,指出均匀厚度布置绝热层并非最佳方案.并且指出当管径远大于绝热层厚度的情况下,对任何温度分布规律,绝热层厚度都与管状表面温度和环境温度之差的平方根成正比。
The optimization of thermal insulation distrubution on two tubular surface temperature was discussed and it was pointed out that The thermal insulation with unifotm thickness wasn't the best alternative. It was concluded that the insulation thickness was proportional to the difference between the surface temperature of pipes and its ambient temperature when the thickness was much less than the ID of pipe.
