摘要
本文介绍了电力部电力科学研究院研制的携带式ＤＪＹ型电容型电气设备带电监测仪的原理、功能及其现场测试结果，特别对现场监测期间遇到的问题，如电压互感器角差影响、电磁干扰影响及谐波影响等进行了分析和讨论，提出了消除这些影响的建议。
In this paper the principle of a portableinstrument for live-line monitoring of capacitive appa-ratus in power svstem is introduced, and the monitor-ing results from operating apparatus are given. Somefactors which affect the accuracy of the measurementare analyzed,such as the influence of phase angle er-ror of the potential transformer,the influence of elec-tromagnetic interference and that of the harmonics,etc. The proposals for improving the accuracy of mea-surment are suggested.
