摘要
为有效地解决500kV输电系统降压变电站的无功和电压补偿的优化问题,提出了八值逻辑的离散型非线性规划的理论和方法,改善求解过程以满足工程实时性的需要。
A new discrete programming theory and technology based on Eight-Valued Logicapplied to reactive power/voltage compensation problem in 500 kV transmission systems ispresented.A new optimal discrete strategy index obtained with the logic value in the logic spaceis adopted to optimal compensation of reactive power/voltage . The application result of thismethod for a practical system shows that this method can improve the process of solution tosatisfy the requirements of real time in practice.
