铬酸钝化液中硫酸和硝酸的伏安测定

摘要 采用伏安法测量镍盘电极在铬酸钝化液中的阴极极化曲线。本方法是先测定钝化液硫酸和硝酸存在时阴极极化的总电流峰值,然后加入适当过量的碳酸钡,使溶液中的SO24离子完全沉淀,再测定此时阴极极化的电流峰值。由于电流峰值与硝酸、硫酸浓度是线性关系,从而分别测得硝酸和硫酸的浓度。 Voltammetric determination of nickel disk cathodic polarization curve in chromating bath is presented. In the determination, the first measurement of the total peak current on polarization curve is taken in the bath containing H2SO4 and HNO3 and the second measurement of the same is taken after SO24-ion is completely precipitated by adding appropriate excessive amount of BaCO3 The peak current measured exhibits a linear relationship with concerntration of H2SO4 and HNO3 respectively.
