摘要
本文提出了测定微量钒的灵敏而又简单的方法。钒与PAR的络阴离子和乙基紫反应形成离子缔合物。其最大吸收波长580nm,钒的浓度在0~3μg/25ml范围内服从比尔定律。摩尔吸光系数为2.78×10~5。此方法用于生铁中微量钒的测定,结果满意。
A sensitive and convenient spectrophotometric method was proposed for the determination of trace vanadium. The anionic complex of VO2(PAR)-reacts with ethyl violet in the presence of PVA to form an ion-association complex. It gives maximum absorption at 580nm and Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range 0-3g/25 ml of vanadium. The molar absorptivity is equal to 2.78X105. The method was applied to the determination of trace amounts of vanrdium in the sample of cast-iron with satisfactory results.
