摘要
应用免疫放射分析（ＩＲＭＡ）糖类抗原２４２（ＣＡ＿（２４２））在胆胰恶性肿瘤诊断中的价值，检测６６例胆胰恶性肿瘤患者，７４例胆胰良性疾病患者血清中ＣＡ＿（２４２）含量。其结果ＣＡ＿（２４２）分别为３３．５２７±１９．９８２Ｕ／ｍｌ，８．４３７±５．９８７Ｕ／ｍｌ，恶性肿瘤值显著高于良性疾病组（Ｐ＜０．０１）．以１２Ｕ／ｍｌ为界值，诊断胆胰恶性肿瘤灵敏度为８０．３％，特异度８２．４％，为临床较早的诊断胆胰恶性肿瘤提供了重要依据。
In order to
know the value of carbohydrate antigen 242(CA_242 ) in diagnosis of malignant tumors ofbiliary
tract and pancrease, we measured CA_(242) content by immunoradiometric assay(IRMA)in 66
case6 ofmalignant tumors of biliary tract and pancrease and 74 cases of benign tumors of
biliary tract and pancrease. The results showed that the CA_(242) content in these two groups
were 33. 527±19. 982 U/ml and 8.437±5.987U/ml,respectively, whereas the CA_(242) content
in the malignant tumors were significantly higher than that inthe benign tumors(P<0. 01).With
12 U/ml as a critical value,the sensitivity was 80.3%and the specifici-ty was 82.4%. This may
be an important evidence for diagnosis of malignant tumors of biliary tract and pan- crease
early in clinical practice.
