摘要
目的:探讨高渗盐水复苏对失血性休克兔脏器血流量的影响及机理.方法:健康家兔按20ml/kg体重放血致失血性休克,60min后,分别回输10%放血量的抗凝自体全血(自血)、生理盐水及高渗盐水,记录不同时刻颈动脉压,采用放射性微球技术检测动物心、肾、胃及空肠血流量.结果:高渗盐水复苏后,失血性休克家兔平均动脉压迅速提高,脏器血流量增加,显著高于缺血对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论:高渗盐水复苏失血性休克,可迅速提高动物平均动脉压,改善脏器灌流.
Objective:The study was
designed to investigate the mechanism of changes in vesceral blood flowfollowing
resuscitation from hemorrhagic shock in rabbits with hypertonic saline. Methods:Thirty
rabbitswere divided into five groups at random. Sixty minutes after blood letting in a volume of
20 ml/kg bodyweight, heparinized blood, normal saline and 1282 mmol/L NaCl were separately
administered in a volumeapproximating 10% of shed blood volume. The mean arterial
pressure(MAP)were recorded during the ex-perimental procedure. The vesceral blood flow
measurements were obtained by radioactive microsphere tech-nique. Results:The vesceral
blood flow and MAP in rabbits were significantly(P<0. 05 or P<0.01)greater in hypertonic saline
group than in the ischemia control group after resuscitation. Conclusion:Hyper-tonic saline may
increase vesceral blood flow and MAP quickly following resuscitation from hemorrhagicshock
in rabbits.
