摘要
作者应用免疫组化多重ＰＡＰ方法结合图像分析技术，对４５例人原发性肝细胞肝癌（ＨＣＣ）组织增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）免疫反应阳性细胞核进行了定量检测．结果表明ＰＣＮＡ阳性反应细胞核的形态学参数即平均颗粒直径、体积密度和数密度值等在ＨＣＣ各级间均存在显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），从形态计量学方面反映出不同组织学级别ＨＣＣ分化增殖活性的一定变化规律．
In this paper,quantitative determination was conducted of primary human
hepatocarcinoma cells(HCC)nuclei with positive proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)immune
response in 45 cases using mul-tiple immunochemicaI PAP method with assistance of image
analysis.The results showed morphological pa-rameters of nuclei with positive PCNA
response,i.e.mean particle diameter, volume density and numericaldensity,displayed
significant differences among HCC histological grades(P<0.01),so some change regular-ity of
HCC differentiation and proliferation activities among histological grades was revealed in
morphological measurement.
