摘要
本文研究了用惰气熔融法同时测定氮化硅粉末中的氮及氧。仪器备有一个用氦作载气的电极炉,用镍箔作助熔剂,试验了石墨坩埚的加热电流对氮及氧的抽取影响,测定的结果与化学分析的结果很一致,氮与氧的回收率分别是98%和104%,建立了一个快速和准确的测定方法。
Simultaneous determination of nitrogen and oxygen content in silicon nitride powder by inert gas fusion method has been investigated. The apparatus is equipped with an electrode furnace using helium as carrier gas. Nickel foil is used as flux. The influence of the heating current through each graphite crucible on nitrogen and oxygen extraction has teen investigated. The determination results obtained are in good agreement with those determined by chemical analysis. The recovery of nitrogen and oxygen is 98% and 104%. respectively. The method is rapid and accurate.
