摘要
我国大、中城市地下空间开发利用，人防地下工程贯彻“相结合”方针取得了可喜的成就；城市地下隧道、地下商业街、地下综合体等在“相结合”方面采用的新技术、新措施也取得新的成果。本文从国内的实际出发，探讨了城市开发利用地下空间必须坚持平战结合方针，阐明开发城市地下空间的对策和需要把握的问题。
Based on achievements and state of development in complex utilizationof underground space for air defence and daily use in large and medium cities. Applicationof new technology, new measurements and new achievements in scientific research forcomplex utilization of underground space such as for underground tunnel, undergroundshopping center and underground complex were introduced. The problems for considerationand measures for development of urban underground space were discussed.[
