摘要
本文针对我国以天然气为原料的小型合成氨厂采用的常压间歇蒸汽转化制气方法热效率低、能耗高等问题,提出采用加压空气部分氧化—深冷除氮的生产工艺改造这类小型氨厂。
To counter the low heat efficiency and high energy consumption of our natural gas-based small ammonia plant using atmospheric intermittent steam-reforming gas production process, the author suggests that it should be alternated with pressured air partial oxidation matched with cryogenic nitrogen removal process.
