摘要
报告了金针菇（Ｆｌａｍｍｕｉｎａ）深层发酵的较佳条件：培养温度２５℃，培养时间９６ｈ时并筛选出培养基配方，发酵液经巴氏灭菌可何藏６０天。
This paper persents the optimal condition for deep fementation, with feimentation temp erature 25℃ .feimetation time 96h and selected medium. The fermenting liguor after pasteurization under this comdition can preseul 60 days.
