摘要
着重介绍了造成机械制动系统发生故障的理论、原因及其解决方案，提出了两段制动方式，并设计出了一套全新的水轮发电机用制动器及制动控制器（已申请国家专利，并已取得专利号），并从今后发展的角度提出了整个水轮发电机用制动系统的标准化方向。
Theory and reasons of troubles,arisen in mechanical brake system,as well as their elimination are introduced in emphasis.The two-stage brake pattern is presented and a set of new patented hydrogenerator brake and brake controller is designed.The standardisation direction of hydrogenerator brake system is shown from the point of new of development in future.
