摘要
以大蒜根尖分生区细胞为实验对象，试验了低温对有丝分裂细胞同步化的影响。采用不同低温处理为实验组，室温（１９～２１℃）处理为对照组。根尖细胞经培养后，光镜下观察、计数，并计算出各期细胞的有丝分裂指数，然后经过方差分析和ｑ检验。结果表明：对照组与实验组有丝分裂指数差异有高度显著性或有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１或Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示：低温处理能有效地积累分裂期细胞。
The effect of low
temperature on cell synchronized in the meristic region of the root tip of A.sativum was studied.
The garlic cloues of the experimental group were cultured in the various low temperature tap
water respectively and those of control group in the 19─20℃ tap water.After the culture was
finished ,the meristic region cells were observed and counted under microscope.The mitotic
indexes of the each phase of cell division were calculated and analysed by using the analysis
of variance(ANOV)and Newman-Keuls method.The results showed that there werehighly
significant or significant difference in the mitotic indexes between the two groups(P<0.01 or
P<O.05) ,and indicated that the low temperature treatment can accumulatecells in division
stage.
